Three bedrooms 1 with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.1 with 160cm bed, 1 with twin single beds (90cm).  Sleeps 6 plus baby.  Cot and highchair provided on request.  Two hairdryers.

Two bathrooms  1 with large bath and shower, basin, bidet and toilet.  1 en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.  Downstairs toilet with basin.

Kitchen  Modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, micro-wave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.  Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  Iron and ironing board.

Living area  Spacious living room with dining table that seats 6.  Study area with  large desk.  Television. Radio and CD player.  High speed fibre broadband.

Heating/air-con  Oil-fired central heating through out with wood burning stove in living room.  Air-conditioning units upstairs for the summer months.

Outside area  Garden with large terrace area with table and 6 chairs, 6 deck chairs, parasol and car-parking. Breakfast terrace with small table and chairs.
